Mahesh Kumar VR is the one running things here. We are on the 4th floor of the Shivam Apartments in Hanuman Nagar. That is over by Kattemanivally Naka in Kalyan East. Being up on the fourth floor keeps us away from some of the street noise, but we are still right in the middle of Mumbai’s outskirts. Quality Enginners And Contractors is not some massive corporate entity with a logo on every wall. We are a practical team. Our office is where the planning happens before we head out to the job sites. It is a lot of sketches, phone calls, and coordinating with crews. Kalyan is a fast-growing place, and we have been busy keeping up with all the changes lately. We do not use fancy marketing slogans. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because most of the time, they are. Sometimes the elevators are slow or the rain makes travel a nightmare, but we still show up and get to it. We have been doing this long enough to know that being straightforward is better than being flashy. We handle the contracting work as it comes, one project at a time. It is not always easy, but it is what we know. If you are in the Hanuman Nagar area, you will find us in the building. We are just regular people working hard to make a living for our families.
