Purvai Medical

You can find Purvai Medical at Shop No 6 in the Asha Bhavan building. We are located on Gaondevi Road in Bhandup West, which is a very active part of Mumbai. One of the easiest ways to spot us is that we are directly opposite the Hanuman Mandir. During the festivals, the whole street gets very crowded and you can hear the bells and music from the temple all day long. The shop itself is quite small and the shelves are packed from the floor to the ceiling with various boxes and bottles. We have a glass counter that has a few scratches on it from years of use. Gaondevi Road is always busy with people walking to and from the nearby residential blocks. We see many of the same faces every morning when we open up. The floor is made of simple tiles that we sweep several times a day to keep the Mumbai dust away. Being in Bhandup West, we are part of a tight-knit community where everyone seems to know each other. We don't have any big flashy lights or fancy displays, just the essentials on the shelves. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get more than a few people inside at once, but we manage. We just focus on our daily tasks and talk to the people who come in from the neighborhood.
