Puran Engg. Works

Our workshop, Puran Engg. Works, is located over at 83/18 in the Satya Niwas Building. We are right there in J.B. Nagar, which is part of Andheri East. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded and fast it can be around here. Our building isn't anything modern or shiny, it’s just a solid place where we’ve set up our machines. We spend most of our time dealing with engineering tasks, making parts, and making sure things fit together like they should. It gets noisy with the drills and the lathes running, and the air usually smells like metal and cutting oil. There are a few of us here who have been doing this for a long time, so we don't really need to talk much to know what the other person is doing. We take our tea breaks together when things slow down for a minute, usually just standing by the door to get some fresh air. The traffic outside in Andheri can be a real mess, so we try to get our deliveries out early if we can. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work that comes in and make sure it’s done right so people come back next time. It’s a simple way to run a shop, and it has worked for us so far. No fluff, just work.
