You can find us at Thakur Niwas on Jamshedji Tata Road, right near Churchgate. It’s one of those classic old buildings in Mumbai. We occupy the first four units there. Being in this part of the city means we’ve seen a lot of changes over the years. The street outside is always bustling with people heading to the station or the offices nearby. Inside our space, it’s a bit more old-fashioned. We have rows of desks and plenty of old cabinets filled with drawings and technical papers. We’ve been in the engineering business for a long time, focusing on the mechanical side of things. We aren't the type to use a lot of buzzwords. We just talk about the specs and the requirements. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Mumbai humidity, but we manage. We spend our days coordinating between clients and the sites where the actual heavy work happens. It involves a lot of phone calls and sitting through meetings. We don't have a modern, glass-walled office. It feels more like a place where real work has been happening for decades. We know the local tea vendors and the people in the neighboring offices quite well. It’s a community here, even in the middle of a big city. We just keep our heads down and handle the engineering tasks that come our way. Every day is different, but the address stays the same.
