Prothious Engineering Services Pv.Ltd. operates out of Flat No.1 in Rdp-7/168, Sector-3, Charkop. We are located in Kandivali West, Mumbai. This part of the city has its own rhythm, and our office is right in the middle of a residential block. It’s a ground-floor setup which makes it easy to step in and out. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group doing engineering work. The space is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of reference books and old project files. Working in Charkop is a bit quieter than the main city areas, which is good for the kind of concentration we need for drafting and calculations. We deal with various technical drawings and we spend a lot of time double-checking our work. The office feels like a home because it used to be one. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. We don’t have a fancy dress code or anything like that. People show up, sit at their stations, and get to work. Sometimes we have to move stuff around to make room for new equipment or more files. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We focus on getting the engineering details right and making sure we don’t miss any small errors in the plans we produce. It’s a steady, everyday kind of life here.
