PriPac

Our unit is number 24 inside the Municipal Industrial area in Vile Parle West. It’s right off Tumkur Road so the trucks are always moving back and forth outside our door. We do a lot of the heavy work here with the machines running most of the day. It gets pretty noisy in the unit but we are used to it by now. The space is filled with materials and things waiting to be moved out. We’ve been at this Vile Parle location for a while because it’s a central spot for getting things delivered. The walls are a bit dusty from all the industrial activity but that’s part of the job. We don’t have a fancy office or a big reception area. Usually, if someone comes by, they just find us on the floor working. We have a small table in the corner for tea breaks when we can get them. Tumkur Road is always jammed with traffic in the mornings so we try to get here early to beat the rush. Being in a municipal unit means we see the same faces every day from the other businesses nearby. It’s a tough environment sometimes especially when it’s hot but we get the orders through. PriPac has its roots right here in this industrial block. We just focus on what needs doing for the day and go home tired.
