Prime Healthcare Products

You can find us at B-17 and 18 in the Wadala Udyog Bhavan. It’s right there at Naigaon Cross in Wadala. The building is one of those old industrial blocks with lots of different businesses crammed together. We have a couple of units where we keep our healthcare products. It’s a bit of a maze getting to our door, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The space is mostly filled with shelving and boxes of medical supplies. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who handle the packing and the paperwork. It’s a bit dusty and the lighting could be better, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time checking orders and making sure the right items go to the right hospitals or shops. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us taped up in boxes or writing out labels. We use a small local courier for most of our deliveries. It’s a straightforward way to run things. Sometimes the freight elevator breaks down, and we have to carry boxes down the stairs, which isn't fun at all. But we get it done. We’ve been in Wadala for years now and we know the other business owners in the building. It’s just a normal day of work for us.
