If you ever find yourself on 15th Road in Khar West, you’ll see the Zindagi Building. We are right there at Plot No-2. Premium Homeware Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a busy neighborhood in Mumbai, so there’s always a bit of chaos with the traffic and people walking by. Our space is filled with all sorts of things for the house. It gets a bit overwhelming when new stock arrives, and we have to find space for everything. We aren't really the type to wear suits or have big meetings. Usually, we are just moving boxes or talking to someone about a kitchen item they need. The floors aren't always spotless, and the phone rings more than we’d like. It’s a practical business. We’ve been in this building for some time, and the rhythm of the day is pretty predictable. We start early, have our lunch breaks together, and deal with whatever issues pop up with the suppliers. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Just us and the products we sell. Khar West is a good place to be, even if parking is a nightmare. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things moving along without too much trouble. It is just the way we run the shop every day and we are fine with that. We just keep the doors open for everyone.
