We’ve been here in Gala No 201 for a long time now. It’s a busy spot in the Ram Gopal Industrial area. If you know Mulund West, you know how these industrial estates get during the day. We are right near Jawahar Theatre, so there’s always something happening outside. Inside, it's mostly the sound of the machines running. We handle a lot of paper here. Sometimes the stacks get so high you can hardly see the desk. It’s not fancy or anything like that. Just a lot of ink on hands and making sure the jobs get out on time. My staff and I usually start early because the power can be a bit tricky in the afternoons sometimes. We have been in this same spot for years, and the neighbors are all the same people doing their own work. The floor is usually covered in some paper scraps by the end of the day, but we sweep it up and start again the next morning. It gets hot in the summer, especially with the machines going, but we have a couple of fans that keep things moving. People just drop by with their files or sometimes just to ask about a small job they need done. We don't have a big front office or a reception area. It's just the workspace and the machines. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the printing part of the business every day.
