Pratham Telecom

Operating out of a couple of different spots is how we do things, including Kandivali and our main place at 109 Senapati Bapat Marg in Mahim. Pratham Telecom has been around the block a few times over the years. This Mahim location sits right on the main road, so it’s very easy to find but can be quite hard to park near if you're driving. Most of the day, it’s a very busy stretch of Senapati Bapat Marg, and the traffic noise is almost constant. Inside the shop, things are all business and not much else. Shelves are full of various telecom equipment and there are a lot of different cables running along the walls. It’s certainly not the neatest place you’ll ever see, but we stay very busy with work. We handle a lot of different telecom needs for people living and working in the area. Some days involve being out on-site at a building, and other days find us stuck in the back office doing all the necessary paperwork. It’s a constant mix of hands-on technical work and basic troubleshooting. No one here is part of a marketing team to make us look polished for the public. We’re just a few guys who know how to get the communication lines working again. The staff here is small, and we’ve all been doing this kind of work for many years. Most days, lunch is eaten at our desks because there is always a phone ringing.
