Pratham Telecom

Pratham Telecom is our place located at 424 Senapati Bapat Marg in Mahim 109, though we have ties to Kandivali too. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we are right there on the main road. The shop is usually full of boxes because we get deliveries all the time. We handle a lot of different mobile needs for the people passing through Mahim. It’s not the quietest street, so there is always a lot of honking outside. Inside, we just focus on whatever phone is on the counter. We’ve been at this address for a while and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a straightforward setup with glass counters and some stools. We aren't much for fancy decorations or big ads. People usually find us because they need something fixed fast or they want a cheap cover. It’s just a regular work life for us. We open the shutters early and stay until the evening. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but mostly we are just busy with the tech. If you are walking along Senapati Bapat Marg, you’ll see our door. We like being part of the local bustle. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us going. Just a simple shop for regular people. We keep the floor swept but the walls could probably use a new coat of paint. That is just how the place looks after years of working here.
