Pranav Plastics

Pranav Plastics is located on the second floor of 219 Chandra Nagar. We are right opposite the Kanjurmarg railway station which is very convenient for us but also makes the whole area very crowded. You can hear the trains passing by all day long and the announcements from the platform are like a background soundtrack to our work. Since we are on the second floor we have to carry everything up and down the stairs which keeps us in shape I suppose. The space is mostly filled with plastic goods and the machinery we use to shape or pack them. We have been at this location for a few years now and we have gotten used to the noise and the constant movement of people outside. The light comes in through some small windows and we usually keep the fans on high because it gets warm up here under the roof. We spend our time checking the orders and making sure the plastics are being handled correctly. It is not the most glamorous job but it pays the bills and we have a good group of people here. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because the traffic near the station is so bad but we just deal with it. We usually close up shop once the evening rush at the station starts to die down a bit. It is just a normal day-to-day business for us here in Chandra Nagar.
