Joy Impex

Our office for Joy Impex is located in Santacruz East. We are in the Midway Apartment, specifically in units 201 and 202 of the B Wing. The building is right behind the Roop Complex, which is a well-known spot in the area. Santacruz can be a very busy place, especially with the airport nearby and all the traffic on the main roads. We have a modest setup here. It’s not a shiny corporate office with a receptionist. It’s just us sitting at our desks, working through our lists of shipments and orders. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking emails from suppliers. Joy Impex is a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. We don't have any big marketing budgets or fancy brochures. We just do the work of importing and exporting goods. Some days the paperwork seems never-ending, but we just keep at it until it’s finished. Being near the airport is helpful for some of the things we do. We don't have any grand visions for the future. We just want to make sure the work we do today is done right. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time, and we just have a simple, straightforward relationship with them. It’s just a normal job for us and we take it one day at a time.
