Popy

Our place called Popy is located in Colaba near Po Naranpura 3. It is an interesting part of town to have a business in because there is so much history around. We have been operating from this small space for a long time. It isn't a very big shop so we have to stay pretty organized otherwise we would run out of room to walk. We handle various tasks and supplies depending on what is needed that week. Some days are filled with sorting through stock and other days we are just waiting for the phone to ring. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Most of our neighbors know us by name and stop by to chat while they are out running errands. The building itself is old and has those high ceilings that you find in this part of Colaba. We have a few old desks and some shelving that has been with us since we started. It feels more like a home than a corporate office which is how we like it. The walk to the post office at Naranpura is short so we are back and forth there quite a bit during the day. We don't really have a big staff just a couple of us who have been working together for years. We make some coffee in the afternoon and try to stay on top of the paperwork before we head home. It is a steady pace and we just keep things moving along.
