Pooja Surgical

We are located at No. 54 in the Mehta Industrial Estate, which is on Road No. 3 near Liberty Garden in Malad West. The industrial estate is a busy place, and it’s always got that hum of activity. We’ve been in this particular unit for a long time. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the surgical supplies we have to store and move. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of desks. It’s definitely not a fancy showroom. Most of the people who come here are delivery drivers or people we’ve known for years. Malad West is a crowded area, so getting here can be a bit of a task if you’re not used to the narrow roads and the rickshaws everywhere. We start early most days to get a head start on the orders. It’s a lot of manual work, checking boxes and making sure the counts are right. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. The building itself is quite old and shows its age, but it works for what we need. We usually grab some tea from the stall outside when we need a break. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one here wears a suit. We just wear what’s comfortable and get through the day’s tasks as they come. It is just a normal local business.
