Our shop is number 13 in the Narmada Niwas building. It’s tucked into Kold Andheri East, right where the streets are always crowded. The address can be a bit confusing because it mentions Marine Drive and the Ojas Building too, which sometimes makes people look twice, but we are definitely here in Andheri. We handle deliveries and various express services for anyone who walks through the door. It’s a pretty small place, honestly. We spend most of our day sorting through different packages or answering the phone when someone calls to ask where their delivery has gotten to. We aren't part of some big international chain, just a local spot trying to help folks send things across the city or even further out when needed. Sometimes the heavy rains make everything move a bit slower, especially in this neighborhood, but we try our best to stay on top of the pile. You can find us right opposite the Ojas building if you’re looking. We’ve been doing this for quite a while now. The main desk is usually covered in papers and old receipts, so it’s not the most polished looking office you’ll ever see, but we know exactly where every single item is kept. If you need something moved quickly, we try to make it happen without any fuss. We don't use complicated systems, just a lot of handwritten lists and a good bit of patience with the daily rush. It gets hectic but we keep going.
