Our office is Piercing Systems India Pvt. Ltd. and we are located on the first floor of Gama House on Gamdevi Road in Bhandup West. It’s a fairly easy place to find once you are in the Bhandup area. We work in a niche part of the industrial sector, dealing with specific piercing and cutting systems. The office at Gama House is where we handle all the paperwork and meet with clients when they come by. It’s not a massive corporate headquarters, just a functional space where we keep our records and coordinate our projects. Bhandup West is quite a congested area, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We have a small team here. We aren't big on titles or formal meetings; we usually just talk across the desks to get things sorted. The work can be technical, but we try to explain things in plain English to our customers. We’ve been in this building for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Gamdevi Road. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. Most of our clients come to us through referrals. We just try to be reliable and provide the equipment people need for their shops. It’s a basic business run by people who know the industry well and don't care much for corporate polish or shiny desks.
