Persian Darbar Family Restaurant

Persian Darbar Family Restaurant has been a fixture in Bandra West for quite some time now. You can find us at Moray Mahal on Linking Road, right next to the Shoppers Stop. It is a busy spot, and there is always a lot of movement outside with people shopping and cars honking. Inside, we just try to keep things steady. We are a family place, so we see a lot of parents and kids coming in, especially on the weekends. The staff is mostly busy with the tables and making sure the kitchen stays on track with all the orders. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on getting the food out and keeping the place clean. The building itself has been here for years, and we have seen a lot of neighbors come and go. Working on Linking Road means there is never a dull moment. We start our day early, prepping whatever is needed for the lunch rush. It can get pretty loud when the restaurant is full, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be anything too polished or high-end. It is just a regular restaurant where people can sit down and have a meal together. We have our routine, from opening the shutters in the morning to locking up late at night. It is a lot of hard work, but we just keep at it day after day. It's just what we do.
