Perfect Reagents & Biologicals

Our place is at No. 52/53 inside the Ratnajyot Industrial Estate. It’s on the second floor. You have to go down Irla Gaothan Lane in Vile Parle West to find us. The lane is quite narrow, so getting large deliveries in can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The industrial estate has that specific smell of manufacturing and chemicals, which we’ve grown accustomed to over the years. At Perfect Reagents & Biologicals, we spend most of our time dealing with glass bottles, labels, and various biological samples. It’s a lot of careful packing and checking lists. The floors are concrete and the lighting is bright so we can see what we are doing. It isn't a fancy office with carpets or anything like that. We have shelves stacked high with supplies and boxes waiting to be shipped out. There are always a few of us running around between the storage area and the desks. Vile Parle West is a busy area, so lunch breaks usually involve a quick walk to a nearby stall. We know the other folks in the estate, so we say hello in the hallways or by the lift. The work is very specific and requires us to be quite precise. We don’t have much time for distractions during the day. It’s just us doing the job as best as we can in the space we have. We try to stay organized despite all the boxes.
