If you’ve ever been to Marol, you know it’s a hub of activity with trucks and vans moving through the narrow lanes all day. We manufacture closures, which basically means we make the caps and lids for various containers. It’s a lot of machinery and plastic work. The factory floor is always humming with the sound of the injection molding machines and the cooling fans. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we’re used to it. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of awards on the wall. Our focus is on the machines and making sure the output is consistent.
