Perfect Engineering Corporation

We've been working out of this shop on Shri Nagar Colony Road for quite some time now. Being right near the Jain Mandir in Goregaon West means it’s always busy around here, especially with the traffic on MG Road. My dad started things up and now we just keep it going every day. It’s mostly metal work and fixing parts that people bring in. The workshop gets pretty loud in the afternoons when all the machines are running at once. Sometimes the grease gets everywhere, but that’s just how it goes with engineering stuff. We don't have a fancy front office or anything like that. Just a lot of tools and some guys who know how to use them. People usually find us because they heard from a neighbor or saw the sign while walking to the temple. It’s a tight space but we make it work. Most days are just spent looking at drawings or trying to figure out why a part won’t fit right. We don't really do much advertising. There’s always coffee going on the small stove in the corner for whoever stops by to talk about a job. It isn't a huge factory, just our local place where we handle whatever comes through the door. Goregaon has changed a lot over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. We just focus on the machines and getting the measurements right for the next task. The floor is stained with oil but that’s fine.
