We are located in Sakinaka, right in Andheri East, Mumbai 400072. Pentax Engg Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this area for a while now. If you know Sakinaka, you know it’s always moving and there’s always a lot of noise and people around. Our place is right in the thick of it. It’s an industrial sort of neighborhood, which suits the kind of engineering work we do. The space inside is mostly dedicated to the machines and the work tables. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You walk in and you’re pretty much right where the work happens. It can get pretty hot during the summer months, especially with the machines running, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We spend our time fixing things, building parts, and checking quality. It’s a very hands-on kind of life here. The traffic in Andheri can be a nightmare sometimes, so we try to time our deliveries for when it's a bit lighter. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their job. There’s no big hierarchy or corporate stuff here. We just talk to each other, figure out the plan for the day, and get to it. It’s a busy, dusty, and loud place, but it’s where we get things done every single day. We are just regular people working with our hands and trying to keep the machines running smooth so the orders go out on time.
