Pearl Banquet

Our place is over at Malad West, near the Gole Market area. The address also mentions N D A Khadakwasla, and we are situated right beside the Toyota Showroom. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because of the businesses around us. We run a banquet hall here. It’s not one of those huge, shiny venues you see in the posh parts of town. It’s a functional space that works well for local families who need a place for a gathering. We spend a lot of our time moving stacks of chairs and setting up tables. There is always something to fix or clean. The showroom next door brings in a lot of people to the street, so it never feels lonely. We don't have a team of marketing experts writing for us. We just tell people where we are and what we have. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and have known us for years. The hall has a simple look to it. We don't go overboard with decorations unless someone brings their own. Running a banquet space means a lot of late nights and early mornings. We just take it one event at a time. It’s a lot of physical work, but we are used to it. The neighborhood has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it.
