Pavla Transport

Pavla Transport is located in Vivekanand Nagar, right off S V Road in Goregaon West. We are in Sector 22, and if you’re looking for us, we are tucked right behind Saint John’s High School. It’s a busy area, especially when school lets out and the kids are everywhere. Our office is more of a staging area for our drivers and trucks. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now. The street can get a bit narrow with all the parked vehicles, which makes it tricky for the larger trucks to move around, but we manage. Inside, it’s mostly just a few chairs, a desk with a lot of paperwork, and a map on the wall that’s starting to yellow. We spend most of our time on the phone coordinating where things need to go. It’s a lot of waiting for deliveries and then a sudden rush to get things loaded. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise late at night. Sometimes the weather makes the dirt road behind the school a bit muddy, which isn't great for the trucks, but we've seen worse over the years. We aren't a big corporation with fancy logos; we are just a local transport team trying to keep things moving. Most of our drivers have been with us for a long time. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We usually have a pot of tea going for the drivers when they get back and some biscuits in a tin.
