Patil & Associates

Patil & Associates is located on the second floor of a building on Plot No 199, right along M G Acharya Marg in Chembur. We are quite close to Acharya College, so the street is always full of students and rickshaws zooming past. Our office is one of those places where there are always too many papers on every surface. It is not a modern, minimalist space at all. We have big wooden cabinets filled with folders that have been there for years. The climb up to the second floor is good exercise since the stairs are a bit steep. Inside, it usually smells like old paper and ink. We spend most of our time sitting at our desks, writing things out or talking to people who come in for advice. It is a quiet environment for the most part, except for the sounds of the street coming through the windows. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take a break to watch the traffic on M G Acharya Marg. The light in the office is okay, but it gets a bit dim in the corners where the storage is. We have been in Chembur for quite a while and most people in the neighborhood know where we are. It is a very practical setup where we just focus on the work at hand without any unnecessary frills. We like the local feel of the area and the fact that everything we need is just a short walk away.
