Patel Telecom

We are located at Vikhroli West on Lt Road, right at number 1. It is a convenient spot for people passing by on their way to work. Patel Telecom is basically a one-room operation where we handle everything from SIM cards to phone repairs. The walls are lined with recharge vouchers and some basic phone models. It’s a very functional space without any unnecessary frills. We open up early and usually stay until the street gets quiet at night. There’s a lot of noise from the traffic on Lt Road, but we are used to it by now. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a marketing plan. We just show up every day and help people stay connected. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of a specific cable, but we always figure it out. It’s just us and the customers. We’ve had some of the same people coming to us for years because they know we are right here on the corner. The shop is a bit old-fashioned, and we still use a manual ledger for some things. It’s just the way we like to run things. We don't try to be something we aren't. It’s a small, local telecom shop that does its bit for the Vikhroli community. We keep our prices fair and our talk honest, which seems to work out fine for everyone involved in this part of town.
