Our office at Patel Airfreight Pvt Ltd is over in Andheri East. We are at number 31 on Daftary Road, right inside the Adarsh Industrial Estate. It is quite easy to find if you look for the old cigarette factory nearby, which everyone uses as a landmark. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving—trucks coming in, people loading crates, and a lot of shouting back and forth. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It’s a practical space designed for handling paperwork and logistics rather than looking pretty. We have big desks covered in shipping manifests and logs. The air in this part of Andheri always smells a bit like dust and diesel, but that’s just the nature of the business. We have been here long enough that we know all the other shop owners in the estate. The office walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the machinery from the units next door, but we don't mind the noise much. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking packages on the computers. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always spinning at top speed. We don't have any fancy signage or a lounge for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us hunched over our desks or talking to drivers. It’s a busy, gritty, and very real place where we handle our business every day.
