Our office is in Rajeshree Accord, located at B 102 in Andheri East on Teli Gali Cross Lane. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Andheri East can get. Teli Gali is always packed with traffic and people, which can make getting anything delivered a bit of a challenge. We handle logistics, so our lives revolve around schedules and tracking numbers. The office is usually a bit of a mess with manifests and delivery notes piled up on the desks. We spend a lot of time yelling over the phone to drivers who are stuck in traffic or can’t find a specific address. It’s a high-pressure job but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy uniforms. It’s just us in a small room trying to make sure everything gets where it needs to go on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a package getting misrouted, and then we have to spend the whole day fixing it. It’s not a glamorous business, but it’s what we know how to do. We eat a lot of quick snacks because there isn't always time for a proper lunch break. Our building is decent enough, but we are mostly just focused on what’s happening out on the road. We try to keep it simple and just move the goods as best as we can.
