Pat Services

Pat Services is based in Borivali, on Siddhnath Road at number 2. It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to some of the main markets, which is nice for us. We handle a lot of different service requests, so our day is never really the same twice. Some days we are stuck in the office doing paperwork and making calls, and other days we are out and about. The office itself is pretty plain. We have a couple of old computers, some filing cabinets that don't always close right, and a few chairs for when people stop by. We’ve been on Siddhnath Road for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There used to be more open space, but now it’s all buildings. I usually walk to work because I live nearby, which saves me the trouble of finding parking. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small team of us trying to keep things running smoothly for the people who use our services. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just answer the phone, listen to what people need, and see if we can help them out. It’s a simple way of doing business, and it seems to work for us. We close up early on Saturdays to spend time with our families. It’s a balanced life, and we are happy with how things are going here in Borivali.
