Parth Chemicals

Parth Chemicals is located at Siddhi Avenue in the Chikuwadi area of Borivali West. We are up on the sixth floor in unit B/604. It’s a bit different because it’s a residential-style building but we use this space for our daily chemical business operations. It’s much quieter up here on the sixth floor than it is down on the street level. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and coordinating where the various containers need to go. We don't keep the big drums or heavy stock here, mostly just small samples and a lot of folders and files. The view from the window is actually not bad at all, you can see some trees and the tops of the other buildings in Borivali. We have a small table in the corner where we take our lunch breaks together. Most of the work involves talking to different suppliers and checking on the status of our shipments at the port. It can be a bit slow when the internet goes down, but usually, it's just a steady stream of emails and messages. We keep the place pretty clean because chemicals are a serious business and you don't want things getting mixed up or making a mess. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we always tell people to give themselves an extra five minutes to get up to B/604. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who have worked together for a bit. Chikuwadi is a nice part of Borivali, a bit more relaxed than the area right by the station. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the paperwork is in order.
