Our shop is tucked away at 24 Mcc Lane, just off the Nm Road Extension in the Fort area. It is a bit of a walk from the main street, which actually helps keep the city noise down a little bit. We have been operating out of this same spot for a long time, and the walls are covered with old notes and calendars from years ago. We handle a lot of hardware and various mechanical parts here. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where every single item is kept. People come to see us when they need something specific that they cannot find in the bigger stores. Usually, it is just a couple of us in the office or out in the back checking the current stock. We do not bother with fancy brochures or expensive signs outside. We just do the work and talk to the people who walk through our door. The Fort area is always crowded, so getting our deliveries in and out can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we always make it work somehow. We spend our days answering the phone, writing out paper invoices, and helping customers figure out what they need for their machines. It is a very hands-on kind of business for us. We are not trying to change the world; we are just here to provide the parts and tools that people ask for. Every day is pretty much the same routine and we just take things as they come.
