Parikshit Engineering

Parikshit Engineering is located over at M-136 in the Midc area, right by Muniswamy Road. We are tucked away behind Godawari College on the Qunees Road Cross, so it can be a bit tricky for people to find us the first time they visit. Our workshop is usually pretty loud with the sound of machines running and people shouting to be heard over the noise. It is a dusty place, as you would expect from an engineering shop, and there is always the smell of metal and oil in the air. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. My father started things off and now I am the one looking after the day-to-day work with a small crew of mechanics and welders. We take on all sorts of small jobs and repairs for local factories. It is not the kind of place where you would want to wear your best clothes. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and trying to figure out why a part is not fitting quite right. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job because a customer needs it first thing the next morning. It is hard work, and our hands are always dirty by the end of the shift. We get our supplies from a couple of guys down the road. It is a tight-knit group of businesses in this part of Midc. We do not have a website, just our sign out front.
