I go by Paresh Mistry and I’ve been running things from Flat No 07 in the Prachi Co Op Housing Society for a good while now. We are located in Gorai 2, which is part of the Borivali West area. It is a typical Mumbai housing society where everyone knows everyone else’s business. My office is basically just a room in the flat where I’ve set up my equipment and files. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a place where I work. I spend a lot of time on my chair, typing away and talking to people who need my help. I don't like using big words or sounding like I’m better than anyone else. I’m just a guy who knows his trade and stays busy. The society is usually quiet during the day when everyone is at work, which helps me focus. Sometimes the kids are playing cricket outside and it gets a bit noisy, but I don't mind. It feels like home because it is home. We don't have a fancy website or a huge team. If you call, you usually talk to me directly. I think that is better because things don't get lost in translation. I try to keep my desk clean, but it never stays that way for more than a day. That is just how life goes when you are actually working instead of just sitting around looking busy.
