We've been at the ground floor of Survodaya Building for quite some time now. Being right in the Ghatkopar East Market Yard means things are always moving around us. There’s a lot of noise outside from the market trucks and vendors, but inside, it’s mostly just the steady sound of the machines and the smell of fresh ink. We started this place because we knew how to handle paper and wanted to stay in a local neighborhood. Most of our days are spent looking at proofs and making sure the colors look okay on the page. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows. It’s a real workspace where we get our hands dirty with toner and paper cuts. People walk in from the market yard all the time asking for small jobs or just to check on their orders. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how the old machines work and which ones need a little extra care to keep running. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the humidity messes with the paper weight, but that's just how it goes here in Ghatkopar. We keep a stack of samples on the side table that have been there for years. It’s a bit dusty, but it shows what we’ve done over the seasons. We just open up in the morning, drink some chai, and start the first run. It’s honest work and we like being part of the noise and bustle.
