Param Mobile

Param Mobile is our little shop over in Kandivali East. We don't have a massive showroom or anything like that. It’s just a simple room with some display cases and a repair bench in the back. Kandivali East is a pretty fast-paced area, so we see a lot of people rushing in and out all day. Most people come to us because they dropped their phone or they need a new charger because they lost theirs again. We try to keep a good stock of the basic things everyone needs. The shop can get a bit warm in the summer, even with the fan going full blast. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work. It’s just a couple of us working here most days. We know the other shop owners on the street, and we often share tea in the afternoons when the sun is high. It isn't a corporate environment at all. We wear regular clothes and talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes the shipment of new cases is late, and we have to tell people to come back next week. We are honest about what we can do and what we can't. If we can't fix a specific model, we'll tell you straight. That’s just the way we've always done things here. We like the community in Kandivali and plan to stay for a long time. It’s just a simple shop for regular people.
