Parag Tech Mentors Institute Of Technical & Vocational Training Llp is over in Mazgaon. Specifically, we are in the Khan Building on Nawab Tank Road. It’s Room No. 14 on the third floor of D Block. If you know Muzawar Pakhadi, you know it’s a busy place with a lot going on. The building has been there for a long time. Climbing up to the third floor keeps us fit, though we definitely feel it on hot days when the humidity is high. We focus on technical skills and vocational training. It’s practical stuff. We have tools and equipment squeezed into our space. It’s not a shiny new lab, but everything works and that’s what matters when you’re learning a trade. The neighborhood has a lot of history, and we like being part of it. Most of our instructors are guys who have worked in the industry for years and just wanted to share what they know with the younger crowd. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy theories. We just show people how to fix things or how systems work. Sometimes the lights flicker when everyone is using their machines at once, but we’ve learned how to manage the power load. It’s a real, hands-on environment. We aren't interested in being a polished corporate entity. We are just a group of technicians and teachers working out of an old building in Mazgaon, helping people get some real skills. It’s noisy and busy, but it’s our home.
