Par Specialty

Par Specialty is located at No. 8 inside the Ujagar Industrial Estate. We are right on W. T. Patil Marg in Deonar. It’s a busy industrial pocket of Mumbai. We’ve been operating from this unit for quite a few years now. Our focus is on specialty products that are used in various manufacturing sectors. The estate itself is quite crowded, with trucks coming in and out at all hours. We have a small team here who manages everything from taking orders to packing up the goods for delivery. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or air-conditioned lobbies. It’s a working warehouse and office. We spend most of our time dealing with suppliers and making sure our inventory levels are where they should be. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at once, but we manage to sort it out. We don't do much advertising. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for a long time or have been told about us by others in the industry. Deonar is a good location for us because it's well-connected, even if the traffic on W. T. Patil Marg can be a nightmare in the evenings. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand.
