Pankaj Driving School

Our school is tucked away in the Mathura Das Mill Compound over in Lower Parel. If you’re looking for us, we’re right by the Bank of India and directly opposite the Sai Temple. It’s a classic Mumbai spot, always busy and a bit noisy with everything going on around us. Being in Lower Parel means we deal with a lot of city traffic right from the moment we pull out of the compound. We’ve got our little setup here where we handle all the registrations and talk to new learners. The temple across the street is a good landmark for people who get lost trying to find the mill entrance. We spend our days hopping in and out of cars, navigating the narrow lanes and the bigger roads alike. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. You get to meet a lot of different people from the neighborhood and the nearby offices. Some are nervous when they first sit behind the wheel, especially with Mumbai drivers zipping around, but we just take it slow. Our office is simple, just some chairs and the usual paperwork on the desk. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers all know us. It’s a community feel despite being in such a busy commercial hub. We just keep the cars running and make sure the learners are getting their hours in every week.
