Bharat Motor Training School Public Driving School

It is usually pretty noisy around here at Bharat Motor Training School Public Driving School. We are located right at Shop No. 1 and 2 on the ground floor, just across from Cumballa Hill Hospital in Malabar Hill. Being in this part of Mumbai means there is always traffic and people walking by to the hospital. We spend most of our days sitting in the small office area when we aren't out in the cars. Most people know us because they walk past our sign every day on their way to work or the bus stop. It is a simple setup with a few chairs and some paperwork on the desk. Teaching people how to drive in Mumbai is a lot of work because the roads are so tight, especially around here. We just try to get through the day and help the students understand how to handle the clutch and the gears without getting too nervous. Sometimes the hospital area gets really jammed up with ambulances and cars, so we have to be careful when pulling out of the shop. The ground floor spot is easy for everyone to find though. We have been here for a while and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we do. It’s just us doing our job every day from morning until it gets dark. There is nothing fancy about it at all.
