Panchgani Health Resort Booking Office

Our booking office is located inside Krishna Villa on Linking Road in Santacruz West. It is right on Nagdevi Street, just opposite the Punjab National Bank. This is where we handle all the reservations for the health resort in Panchgani. It’s not a large office, mostly just a couple of desks, some chairs for people to sit on, and our phones. Linking Road is always incredibly loud with traffic and people shopping outside, but it stays a bit quieter once you step inside the building. We spend most of our time talking to people who want to get away from the city for a few days. We check the dates on our system and call the resort to see what rooms are free. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic. We aren’t a travel agency with glossy brochures and fancy suits. We are just the local office workers making sure the bookings are correct. Parking around here is a nightmare, so most people just call us instead of coming in. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time. The office has a few old files and a computer that sometimes runs slow. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening rush starts to fade. It’s a simple operation without any bells or whistles. We just focus on getting the rooms booked so there are no problems when people arrive in Panchgani. It takes time to get it all right.
