Pan Tours Travels

Our office is over in Sector 1, specifically D-2-02, which is right across from Vashi Plaza. It’s a busy area with a lot of people walking by all the time. We spend most of our day on the computer or the phone, trying to sort out travel arrangements for people. Whether it’s a bus ticket or a bigger trip, there’s always a lot of paperwork and booking systems to navigate. We keep a lot of brochures around, though most things are digital now. It can be stressful when a flight gets delayed or a hotel has a mix-up, but we just do our best to fix it for the person who booked with us. We’ve been in this Vashi spot for a while now, and we know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic when we’re heading out. It’s not a big fancy travel agency with a glossy storefront. It’s just a small office where we sit and work through the details of everyone’s trips. Sometimes we have a queue of people waiting, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually have a tea. We’ve learned that travel is unpredictable, so we try to be patient with the process. If you’re walking past Vashi Plaza, you’ll see our building right there. We’re just local people helping other locals get where they need to go without too much fuss.
