Our office is located at Mercury Apartments, specifically B-2, over in Kuldeep Nagar. That’s on Mahim Road in Palghar West. If you know where Sai Residency is, we are right near there. It’s a decent spot, easy enough for people to find when they want to plan a trip or just ask about bus tickets and tours. Kaivalya Tours & Travels has been around this neighborhood for a bit now. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at schedules. It can get pretty hectic when the holiday season starts, but that’s the nature of travel work. The apartment building is quiet enough, though the road outside stays busy. We’re not a huge corporate agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here, making sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet acts up or the phones won't stop ringing, but we manage. Palghar is a growing place and more people are looking to travel these days. We try to keep up with the demand. It’s not about being the biggest, just about being reliable when someone wants to go on a vacation or has to travel for work. Most of our regulars just walk in from the street since they live nearby. If you’re coming from the station side, just head towards Mahim Road. You’ll see the apartments. It’s a simple setup, nothing over the top, just a desk and some chairs.
