Hemdev International

Hemdev International is located at number 12 in the Onlooker Building, which sits right on P. M. Road in the Fort area. Fort is a very busy place with a lot of history, and you can definitely feel that when you’re walking around the old streets and buildings. Our office is a simple one. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets all over the place. We just have what we need to get through the day's work. The street outside is usually packed with people and cars, so it can get quite loud during regular office hours. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but our own routine stays mostly the same. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or dealing with stacks of paperwork. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of attention, so we try to keep things as organized as we can in our limited space. We aren't into big corporate speeches or making grand promises to people. We just show up every morning and do what needs to be done. Sometimes the old building has its own problems, like the elevator being slow or the lights flickering, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a real place with real people working inside. We keep it simple and focus on the tasks.
