Pakeza Guest House

Our place is located on the second floor of Pakezah Market. It's right in the middle of everything here in the Mau Grant Road area. If you're looking for us, we are quite close to Taj Tower. Being on the second floor means you have to walk up a bit of a narrow staircase, but it gets you away from the direct noise of the market stalls downstairs. We have been running this guest house for some time now. The rooms are basic and we try to keep things as clean as we can for whoever stays with us. It's a busy neighborhood, so there is always a lot of movement and shouting outside. People come and go at all hours of the day and night. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that, just the reception area where we handle the keys and talk to the guests. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a light bulb needs changing, so we stay busy fixing little things around the place. It is a family-run kind of setup. We live nearby and spend most of our day here. We see travelers from all over who need a place to sleep for a night or two while they do their business in Mumbai. It isn't a luxury hotel, just a simple spot to put your head down. We try to be helpful when people ask for directions to the station. It’s just a regular guest house and we keep it that way.
