You can find our office over at 52/1 Sir Phirozeshah Mehta Road. We are situated in the Nava Rasta area, near Mandvi Pole and Manek Chowk. It’s a very old part of the city, and the streets are incredibly narrow and crowded. You can hear the sounds of rickshaws and vendors all day long. Our work involves moving goods from one point to another. It involves a lot of coordination with drivers and checking on where the trucks are. The office itself is quite small and filled with ledgers and stacks of paper. It’s near Nehru Nagar, so there is always a lot of movement around us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or shouting to someone across the room. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There’s dust from the road and the paint on the walls is peeling a bit. We don't have fancy software to track everything; a lot of it is still done with pen and paper. It’s a tough business because the traffic in Manek Chowk is always a mess. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. Most people who use us are local traders who have been in the area for years. It’s just how things work in this part of town. We show up early and stay until the last load is sorted.
