Pace University

Pace University is based at 603 New Vaishali Apts on Narsing Lane in Malad West. Mumbai 64 is where we call home. The office is on the sixth floor of the building. It is a busy part of Malad with lots of shops and people everywhere. Getting to work involves navigating the narrow streets of Narsing Lane, which can be a real challenge during peak hours. The apartment itself is a standard Mumbai flat that we have turned into an office. Space is at a premium, so we have to be very careful about where we put everything. We have desks in the main room and a small kitchen area where we make tea. It is not a grand campus with big halls. It is just a simple office where we handle our daily business. The windows look out over the rooftops of Malad West. We have been at this address for many years now. The elevator in New Vaishali Apts is quite small and sometimes we just take the stairs to save time. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a corporate image. It is just a bunch of us working in a flat. The atmosphere is very informal. We wear casual clothes and talk loudly across the room. It works for us. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local business in Mumbai. Pace University is just the name on our door at 603. We just keep moving forward.
