P K Warrier is based out of Mulund East. We are in the Om Apartment building, specifically room A 101 on Sant Ra. It's a quiet residential area mostly. We set up here because it is easy for people in the building and the nearby blocks to reach us. It's more of a home-office feel than a big corporate center. You have to buzz in at the gate sometimes. Inside, it's just a regular setup with a few chairs for people waiting. We don't have a receptionist sitting out front all day. Usually, one of us just comes to the door when someone knocks. It's a small operation. We handle the daily tasks as they come. Some mornings are slow, and then suddenly three people show up at the same time. That's just how it goes. The apartment is comfortable enough. We've got a window that looks out onto the street. Mulund East is a nice place to work from. Not as chaotic as some other parts of the city. We've been in this specific apartment for several years now. Most of our visitors are regulars who have been coming to see us since we first opened the doors. We don't use much technology besides the basics. Just paper, pens, and a computer that’s seen better days. It works for us and it works for the people who need our help. We try to keep things quiet so we don't bother the neighbors living in the other flats next to us.
