P B M Hotel Developers

We work out of the Bianca Building over in Andheri West. Specifically, P B M Hotel Developers is in the A Wing on Durgadevi Road. It is a pretty well-known spot because the Raj Classic Building is right nearby, so we usually tell people to look for that if they get turned around. Our focus is on hotel development, which keeps us quite busy. The office is actually in a flat, which gives it a more personal feel than a regular commercial space. It feels a bit like working from home, but with more filing cabinets and desks everywhere. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans for new hotels and talking to people in the hospitality industry. Andheri West is a lively part of the city to be in, there is always something happening outside. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We just have our meetings, drink our tea, and get through the tasks for the day. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have visitors, but we make it work. The location is convenient for us because so many of our projects are nearby. We have been here for a while and the neighbors in the building are mostly quiet. It is a straightforward operation we have going. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office, we just want to make sure the hotels we help build turn out okay.
