Oscar Hall

We’ve been here at 1170 Andheri West Main Bazar for quite a while now. If you know the area, we’re right opposite the Honda showroom, so it’s not too hard to find us even when the traffic gets bad in the afternoon. People mostly come to Oscar Hall when they have a function or something they need to get done. It’s just a regular place, nothing too fancy, but it works for what people need. We keep things pretty straightforward. The market outside is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise and stuff going on, but inside it stays okay for the most part. Most of the folks who come by are locals from around Mumbai or people who have family living nearby. We try to keep the place tidy. There’s always something to fix or clean, you know how it is with a building in this part of town. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. Usually, someone just walks in because they saw the sign or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a job for us, and we show up every day to make sure the doors are open and the lights are on. Sometimes the main bazar gets really crowded, especially on weekends, but that’s just how life is in Andheri. We’re just here doing our thing and helping out whoever needs the space for their day. It’s a simple setup for simple people.
