Orson Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is up on the second floor of the Ambika Dardshan Building. We’re in suite A-203 on Chitabhai Patel Road in Kandivali East. It’s a typical suburban office setup. We’ve been in Kandivali for quite a while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. Our work involves a lot of coordination regarding chemical supplies and logistics. It’s a serious business, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or checking through safety sheets and orders. We don't have a big, shiny office. It's just a place with enough room for our files and a few desks for the staff. We’re a small team and we all know each other well. When someone calls, they usually speak to the same person every time. We don't like using corporate buzzwords. We just talk about the products and when they can be delivered. The walk up to the second floor keeps us moving. Chitabhai Patel Road stays busy, so there’s always noise coming from the street, but we get used to it. We don't have any grand mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the paperwork, make sure the shipments are on track, and head home. It’s a steady job in a busy part of town, and we’re quite content with how we run things here. There is no need for anything more complicated than that for our daily operations. We just keep it moving.
